Why are you still a mystery
Are you a crook in diguise
Are you a a flirt in eternal loves's guise
Someone had soothed this broken heart
A new life I begin to see in her eyes
I feel so natural and straightforward with her
We'll remain as friends though not the best
Never try to teach me or change me
If you do so,it will be the end of 'us'
Don't utter words you don't ever feel yourself
I fear that you have had a sinful past
That denied all love I gave to you
So do we have a deal?

Very dark and mysterious, I love it! And interesting choice of words.

It's so obvious
That the promise
Keeps me here
Painting pictures where
All the colors
Disappear
