My promised memory on the 4th of july |

It all had happened one night... The 4th of July it was a great day, and had a great night following behind I was with my friend, and we had a blast We went to the pool like everyday that afternoon, but this wasn't an everyday time We acted like little kids dunking, pushing, and playing games that we haven't played since the past. I Walked home with her, Then we changed and got ready for the firework show that night Before we had to leave, we went walking around her block when a couple of guys in a car drove by, and whistled, barked, and howled at us! It really made us feel good. We laughed and both said they were looking at the other. Finally the night had come, when we were ready to go and have some fun, We got there late, and I mean late, so we caught the last of the show that night We went back to her house, Kind of in a bad bad mood We layed a blanket out on her lawn and watched some fireworks go off and on. Most of all we lay on our backs looking at stars and wishing open everyone that we had saw. Wishes upon ourselves, and each other, there were a lot of them, but we made them. The thing I remember the most is when we told each other, We would remember that night forever and ever! It meant a lot to me, and I know it did to her, so that is a memory that will stick in my head for a long long time, meaning forever! Yes i have written about this friend before, she is my best friend and i have written many poems about her. anyway On the 4th of july we kind of promised eachother that we would never forget that time together, what we talked about and what we did! I hope not too... Thankyou Much cutie |
