love is strong,
love is blind.
it hasn't been long,
but the love i have for you,
is on my mind.

i never knew before,
how happy i would be,
to have you standing,
next to me.

in your arms,
i feel so safe,
to where no harm,
will ever take the place.

i must tell you though,
my heart will belong only to you,
till the day,
you give it to someone new.

This is a beautiful poem, and I'd say that you were lucky... until I got to the last stanza. I hope that he doesn't play with your heart like you are hinting.
