If I tell you I love you
Will you walk away
Or will you decide to
Stay for forever and a day?

If I tell you I love you
Will you say the same
Or will you decide to
Leave as fast as you came?

If I tell you I love you
Will you look into my eyes
Or will you decide to
Tell me nothing but lies?

If I told you I love you
Just what would you do
Would you say I love you to
And admit the feeling is new?

If I told you I love you
Would you have to disagree
Just what would you do
If you didn't love me?

Well guess what? I love you
Now whad do you have to say?
Will it be "I love you too"
Or will you be on your way?

~Susie

Susie --
I really like this poem because it so closely matches what I feel about for a guy right npw. As for me, it looks like he's going to "walk away" but I hope it works out for you. Good poem.

That was really good!  I can totally relate to that.  Keep it up!  So the poem wasn't about you?

Ah, saying those words and wondering what the other person will feel is so hard...but it's one of those things ya have to do....a very powerful, yet sweet verse here.  I enjoyed it greatly, Miss Angel!

I'm so glad you thought I expressed the thought of someone going through this ok, that's what I was worried about  . I'm sorry about your experience, it's happened to me before too  . I know it sucks. Thanks again  .
