As the snow falls outside I sit and wonder, What are you doing now, Are you lost in a dream about some other girl? Or are you sitting on the floor playing guitar? Are you writing another song for the "first album"? The one you swear is going to be all about me, I love you and you are my angel, Time stands still on hours with out you No one can make me feel the way that you do With your pale skin and dark hair that matches mine, The innocent eyes that stare at me in the dark, Hands that always know just where to touch, You don't understand the way I feel about you, All I want to do is get lost in you, Play outside for a while or have a snow ball fight, Make snow angels and write "Matt+Gin" in the snow, But that is too much for you to do in one day, Because I "depend" on you too much, Maybe I depend on you too much, Or I have forgotten how to be me with out you, But that isn't the point and it never was, All I want is more of your time, A phone call late at night just to hear you say,"I love you", That's all I've ever wanted and what I never had "I'll build a wall if we can keep them on the other side"---NIN "There is no always forever, just this"-the cure |

Thank you both. maybe it is on the sad side, i dont know it was just a few lines that were in my head that managed to make it inot full poem. thank you both and i look forward to reading some of your poems as well |

Great poem Ginny. Amazing how you can touch me with your writing just enough to make me want to read more and understand exactly what you mean. a lot of my own emotions are expressed very clearly in this poem, keep up the great wwriting. |
