If I was to hand you a rose Each day you opened your eyes Would you love me forever Until the day we die? If I promised to hold you And never let you fall Would you love me forever As you tear down my wall? If I gave you my hand To hold on very tight Would you love me forever And never leave my sight? If I promised you the land All that your eyes could see Would you love me forever And be my destiny? If I gave you all the oceans To swim so peacefully Would you love me forever And hold my heart key? If I promised to smile With such love in my eyes Would you love me forever And never say your good-byes? If I promised to cherrish you Each and every day Would you love me forever And cherrish me the same way? If I promised to be there And make your dreams come true Would you love me forever And never make me blue? If I promised to be Just what you need Would you love me forever Plant our love from a single seed? With all these promises And all these dreams to be I cant change who I am I can only be me! * Isnt it wierd how sometimes being YOU just isnt enough for others  How reaching out and grasping onto something just seems like a far reach. How falling in love can hurt so badly? *No person is worth your tears, and the only one that is ...... will never make you cry |

In answer to those last questions, yes it is awful, and yes, it is strange. And yes, this person should love you forever, but he probably won't because he is no doubt one of those innumerable IDIOTS that we meet. Know the feelings, expressed well. Sandra |

Thru your poem and words you have captured a truth about the essense of love...two must share the same dream, the same feelings.. I have recently fallen for a certain woman and she doesn't share my feelings...I was wondering why it hurts so much...it does create a certain stress level...James |

I too can relate to all you've said hon. It sux when the two of you just can't 'click' even though things were wonderous at the start and you felt that 'clicking' you might, but the other didn't. you're so right in your words..you can only be you. I have felt this so many times..that perhaps if I were just this way..or did that that way... When it honesty we can't.They'll take us for who we are..or they won't. I really like this one!! Denise I wish to see only the truth about myself and the world through my eyes... |
