In the midst of her despair, She has been an angel for me, A similar soul, a kindred spirit, A breath of fresh air in which to believe. She knows the horror The lack of self confidence and pain, Those feelings of amounting to nothing, And the contempt for those who nly seek to gain. She is in effect, A poetic philosopher Though she may stumble, Nothing will stop her. She has unwitingly become an inspiration, Her prescence and friendship, a gift of heart you see, She is that truly unselfish, loving person, That I so strive to be. I am truly blessed to know her, This woman of grace, knowledge and power, Who holds in her hand, The magic of the fabled Lotus flower. I know a real life hero, Who fought her way back from the gates of hell, I see no failure or mistakes, Only a warrior Princess ringing her victory bell. She is beauty, She is hope, She is love, She shines..... *I believe every time you put your words to paper, you change.
