Who looks out, silent
And sees through the fog so thick,
Who lurks there, patient.

Wait and see

Who comes by, laughing,
And walk with feet light and quick,
Who knows not, lurking.

Waits for he

A shape in the fog so thick,
Motionless,
Blocking the joyful travel,
He stops smiling and walking,
Motionless,
The world will never restart,
Then with a motion too quick,
The darkness,
Sweeps over and will prevail,
All without ever talking,
Fog’s darkness,
Plunges deep into his heart.

Who goes in, silent
And flees through the fog so thick,
Who lurks there, patient.

Let’s go see.

This was great.
All i Can say is
OOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo!!!!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them!

Thank you, Kethry
The who is a character of mine called
The Contract Killer
Of which I have several poems written about.
This is his third kill, as counting goes,
My site used to have the series, but I took it off to rework;
Perhaps soon I’ll have it completed.

Thank you, Dopey_Dope,
Glad you liked it.

it's a dark. damp day here. it was foggy last night. now i don't want to go out alone! *shivvers* i really liked this. the imagery was chilling, and perfect for the forum of darkness.

Thank you, Jannel,
I am glad you liked my words.
Yes I must agree, the Dark is the proper place
For my writing
At least here I get a few shivers.

Dark and wonderful, I don't believe I've read the prior two of The Contract Killer, but this has the feel of an opening or beginning. I could see a man, dark and shadowed, could feel his evil, and I finished the read wanting more, a novel perhaps (got in ya to write one?   )
This was good. If you get the first ones reworked, please post them, I want to read!!!

With the word, I am mighty, with the pen I am free..

Thank you, taramw
I am glad you enjoyed
Just keep telling yourself
It’s only a poem… It’s only a poem…
It’s only a poem…
It’s only

Thank you, dragonpoe,
There are several already written
I am still working on a few,
But perhaps I’ll post another completed series
Bit by bit
