a former reality slipped beneath
silver drizzle droplets
into overtly disintegrated
days beyond my reach

until, straining
i knocked the contents off this highest shelf
and screamed feeling the entirety of your soul
pulsingenvelopinginvading me
pelting my scalp
with unexplanations
of reasoning lost to need

did you change?

and what masochism is it to make up rules
unfollowable?

mine.

i really liked this poem...
i was going to tell you which part i liked especially but i like too many parts.
the structure of it makes me feel like im falling...drowning.
and i like the word pelting. its been a while since ive used it.
