turn me inside out
if you dare

you'll get the same thing
just me and my fears

i like to play my game
and i like to feel my tears

little girl of a million islands
likes to beg
likes to plead
likes to make believe

and
shes screwed like the little child she'd like to be

shes on her knees
waiting for her kick in the face

her black eyes intense
her body twisted
in the shape of the northern star

but how long will it go on
with the growing knowledge
that nobody can swim who's determined not to.

Ouch!    This was very intense...it hurts, but I enjoyed it...that sounds sinister doesn't it?  I don't know how else to say it.

shira,

you surely have a way.
