Digging up Bones

In the fog covered darkness
my breath escapes with labored harshness
as I lay upon the cold hard soil
where my heart lies in silent coil.
Hands weary and bleeding
from my endless pleading
as the strangling ivy entwine
what was once my beloved divine.
I Weep here endlessly upon your grass covered home
as to precious times my mind continues to roam
asking only, why, why did you leave me alone
among these moss covered stones…?
Alone, and digging up your time withered bones.

"There is an alter ego which
dwells in every soul..."
a-alibaster

"I am as I am, nothing more, nothing less,
I am tears of pain, tears of Death.

This poem is truly a dark passion poem. I loved this two lines. as I lay upon the cold hard soil
where my heart lies in silent coil.

Ronil (The sweet sound of summer sends serenity through my soul searching for that evermore solitude.)

This one rocks!  Sometimes we're left with so many unanswered questions.  I hope in time you find what you're looking for!!!
