Dark Tonight

Somewhere lost in the night,
I scream for air.

My love is gone
And all I have is fear.

Thoughts of her are in my mind,
Forever lost in a circle of time.

Will she return to this dark world of mine,
Bring back the light she stole from me?

I no longer want to be alone;
All I feel is emptiness.

Unless she comes to me tonight,
I know I will give up this fight.

i feel for you.
that emptiness is awful.

beautiful poem, i remeber feeling like that once years ago, how painfull...but i guess that is my point it was years ago i made it, standing up and facing ourselves is one of the hardest things to do, good luck....
