Feeling pain So dark and dower I'm sitting in My darkest hour With no love To give me power Only feelings Oh so sour Sometimes I think It's far too late For me to find My one soul mate It is this truth Which I now hate I've done my crimes And sealed my fate There's just one thing I want so much The blissful joy Of simple touch I'm not the type Who needs a crutch I just want someone That I can clutch I look around And explore Only to find A stone locked door I come across these More and more But that's my life Which I abhor I know not what More I can do To find someone To pull me through My blackest times That I'm into Is there a savior And is it you I'll keep on searching That's my right Until I find My guiding light That will come free me From this fright And keep me warm Throughout the night Someone come fix My heart that's seized I can not harm you I'm not diseased I will not beg Now on my knees I simply ask you Touch me please G. G! I touch your heart, the core of your very being with my hand in friendship and understanding. I too have known the lonliness you've described. To be touched and understood, such simple requests but sometimes so hard to find. Thank you all for your wonderfull sentiments. But let me assure you, I'm really not that depressed. I've acceped my situation and am ok with it. If you all knew me in person you'd know that I'm a rather light hearted and some what insane guy. (Yes LM, I am all male.) Though these thoughts did come from me, I do not show them to anyone. I express my darker side here bucause it too is a very valid part of me and a part that very few understand. But you great people do, that's why I'm here. I consider myself to be a very dark poet. Now weather this is just a phase or my over all writing style, only time will tell. Some of you know that I am very capible of writing more up beat peices. But that's not what's coming out at the moment. I listen to that voice inside my head who gives me the words I write and at this point in time that vioce is a very sad and angry one. (I told you I was a bit insane...LOL) Perhaps one day I will find that special woman who will awaken my lighter side and inspire me to write love poems again. Who know? Anyways, I won't drag this out any further. Thank you all once again. I'm glad I was able to touch you with my work. Jest please try to remember that even though my works are rather dark, they are only poems and do not necessarily reflect who I am in person. These are just my "Dark Passions". Take care all!  G P.S.
