Leaving

Out of fashion,
once adherence of hand
surrenders to its resolve.

Bleeding hearts are mocked
as today's crisp portions
were once contoured points
of perfection.

Naturally-formed irony
is its fertility in captivity,
stark display of petty trivia
when it detaches.

Lying solitary or
inconspicuous among
the suppressive cache;
neither awards consolation
when raw wind's sharp
precision seals its fate.

Sorry about the confusion. It's about a leaf falling from the tree/dying. Bleeding hearts are flowering plants. Perhaps the last two verses are understandable with this explanation.

Sometimes I write too obscurely. Apologies!  ....chanson~
