A weeping Willow near my door, symbolic of my life before. Heavy branches sadly bent, wonder where the vibrance went. I lean against his trunk so strong, and think about the loves gone wrong. I sit under my tree and weep, he seems the only love I keep. The rest, they turn to blowing leaves. Leave me in dust and still in need. But here in the back yard with me, my ever faithful Willow tree. |

Beautiful Poem. You have loved and so you know the permanance of the Weeping Willow - for only the tears are permanent to remain with us - the rest is the wind - blown away. Everything about this poem was just right - length, structure, content, flow Deepak |

Sweet and melancholy Cat!! You need a pet too I think? Make your home, your yard your sanctuary so everywhere you turn there is a friend from nature or a garden statue, to remind you, life is good, life is beautiful, just like you are... We all need the reminders, and today seems to me like you need a few more.. *hugs* and email me if you need to talk hon. I loved it very much, still, loving a tree doesn't quite seem comforting to me... |
