Playtime Wanna be me? I can play you We’ll all have fun Playing in the sun Me for a day Pain swept away I can be you Life perfect and new Gone all my problems No longer bother them What’s that you say? Don’t want to be me Just for a day? It’s okay Run along and play I’ll play inside You seek, I’ll hide In the bathroom Shiny silver glistens Now covered in red I’m okay now That? Oh, it’s just a cut Yes, an accident, of course I’m so very clumsy Like Humpty Dumpty Who sat on a wall I had a great fall All the king’s horses and all the king’s men Cannot put me back together again Playtime is done Have you had fun? Dark Star Need to hold on for another day Why do I try? Where does it get me anyway? |
