everytime i think i find something that will help me get thorugh all this...it gets taken away like it was never there... ~Helpless~ your not here to help me. i wish you could just tell me, exactly what it is, that makes me feel like this. i just need some help, before i kill myself. you think i wouldn't dare. but would you even care, if i ended it tonight, if i took my own life? you can help me now i'll take a final bow all i need is help so i dont kill myself. now the end has come i am finally done the pain is far away or will it stay? you wont care, either way. Nikolette Sadness i was once in love and happy...but you can call me Sadness. |

thanks everyone...its hard for mne to talk about these things tho...just to hard to make them come out aloud...if i could talk about it i wouldn't feel this way... Nik i was once in love and happy...but you can call me Sadness. |

I know not how you feel but I DO know this that your life is worth living. Someone loves you someone cares and if you think they don't . don't throw away the chance is yet to come. Many people have felt this way, sadness falls on everyone. Just use this forum to help you cleanse your soul not distroy it. Life seems to come and go in a twinkling of an eye. Just seems like I was 18 and now I am 38. Enjoy your life and don't let anyone stand in your way. |

This is a very powerful and very moving poem. Makes you remember if you were ever that "low"... I enjoyed this a lot. Reminded me of some of my own....Thanks. |

I for one don't think you'relooking for pity , but a way to express your sadness, and you're doing a great job of it. To be able to put this pain into words isn't easy, I know. I've been where you're talking from and I came back from that dark edge, trust me it just takes time and friends. So hang in there the world has much to offer. It looks like we do share something in common my dear  "don't be sad" isn't one phrase that i could say but i know i takes time and lotz of it ..... just wait for time to do its work Sadness and sorrow is the root of hurt and agony and pain is the toping which can't be kept a bay from oneself ..... thru poems we let our emotions flow ...... |
