i'm writing this for him...because, finally, after a year without him...i think i'm starting to let him go. ~Letting go again~ for all the times you stood with me i couldn't let you go and even when you walked away my heart didn't want to know. eternity means nothing when its said without heart love is just a word when we're worlds apart. after all the times you've walked away i'm still here waiting after all the words you've hurt me with there is no debating. i still love you but this i know after all this time i must let go. everytime i think of you i'll know that you don't love me. but everytime i let you go i'll be being true to me. i love you so much but i want you to know i love you enough to let you go. Nikolette Sadness i was once in love and happy...but you can call me Sadness. |

I thought your poem was really great. It's hard to have someone you love leave you. I am having trouble letting go of someone I loved. He just left me and never talked to me again despite my attempts to contact him. It happened in April and I still think of him. The way you wrote it was really cool. It's pretty much how I feel. It almost made me cry (and not many things do...) Keep writing those awesome poems... Thanks, *Dark Star* |

Nik,I can really feel your pain and it is hard. One thing I have learned that there is always something brighter for us in the future, just give it time. I loved your poem!! and hope you are ok. Nik, I think realizing we have to let go is just one step closer to really being ok. I speak for me only when I say, as long as I thought there was hope I was kinda in limbo. Letting go didn't mean I won't always love him, Just that my heart is free to love again. I'm glad to see you're getting to this point as well. There truly is freedom in it. Take care Nik. Juls |
