Alchemy

She sings
All night long
A longing song
But nobody hears
The tune of her tears

She sings for seduction
For the final reduction
For the source of existence
The death of resistance
For annihilation of Me
And destruction of We
For the end of reason
For the garden of Eden

She longs to be
Both Adam and Eve

~Uta,...although I've been in school for oh say,...20 years of my 24 year life,...I have to admit that I durr...had to look up the title word before I began to read. K,...laugh now. hehee. Anyway,...I learned something new. Thanks.  . This poem is another 'beaut'. "The death of resistance",....mmmhhmm, that line says sooo much to me. Super. Take care. *Peace.

I loved the thought in this...she longs to be
both Adam and Eve...completion, the balance of active and receptive principles---simply portrayed and very well done.

Uta..Another beautiful piece.  Such depth in so few words.  The beginning is so sad...and the ending is so perfect.  Hardrock
