You found me..
In sorry plight
My constant pinings because
One had gotten all the goodness
I...
All the appearance of it

Anguish had infected my spirit
I was groping blindly..
For a reprieve
My eyes veiled
By drooping lashes

In a few scattered seconds
Your every sentence of kindness
Yielded a spoon..
Full of hope

Just when..
I rendered myself lost
You found me

The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose...--Hada Bejar

This is lovely, deb.
So hopeful!
I could just picture it. If only everyone could be found just in time, at the latest!
PS
I especially like the cut off I ... Really effective!

Deb..Such beauty...and such a message to us all.  It takes so little to reach out...and when we do, we touch our own souls just a little.  Love ya...Hardrock

Deb,
Having been 'found' recently, I could relate to the beauty in the 'spoonfulls of hope' my finder dishes out each day.
Eloquently put,

Deb...I loved the hope in this one.  So many wait to be "found", but I have learned that the best "finder" of me...has been ME. Linda
