The day you hurt your head
The Second time ill in bed
The Ghastly shade of gray you turned
the time your hand you burned

The week you spent in hospital
The surgery they said was vital
Another bout of chicken pox
And all the cuts bruises and bumps

I worried about you then
I worry when i do not know
whether you are ill or well
Its just a part of another day

The first time you went away
Without your voice to make me happy
all along you laugh and sing
oblivious to the bees harsh sting

But i worry enough for both of us
Through autumn summer winter and spring do pass

Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the roses falling
'Tis

~WP,...I can relate I suppose. I do enough worrying for everyone I know, enough for the next few years. hahe. This poem is sweet, while the other is oblivious to the worries and just living and laughing *sigh*. I enjoyed this. Well done. Take care. *Peace.

Walter, another nice one, and I know that ever worried feeling, my daughter and her children do it to me.  Can make you crazy some days.
Take care
