i cannot explain this one... ~Suicidal Dreams~ Sitting alone, as i always am. but now they are looking, as if through glass. watching, as the minutes pass. directly on my temple, i lay this fatal toy. i've been feeling this for so long, and this i can't call joy. i want to pull the trigger back, but the courage i do lack. i thought i had the strength, to make it go away. but as they watch in silence, i fear the pain must stay. i can try, another day. but it will be the same. never have i had the right, to end it in one night. no one tries to help me, so maybe i will succeed. but now i feel unloved by them, and my heart right now does bleed. i wake with no fear, no pain from this. it was a grand scheem, but now i fear, that truth is just a dream. Nikolette Sadness i was once in love and happy...but you can call me Sadness. |

you are a very talented poet I like this one a lot. I have read through all your poems and this is my favorite. I guess because I have felt the same as you described |

Nik, I feel for you so much, I read all your poems, and I know you are immersed in sadness right now, but try to peak out at the stars, they still shine, and they will sparke again for you someday. Take care, and hang in there dear, we are all here for you, and if ever a poem goes unnoticed, its because there are so darn many coming in so quick. I seem to end up on page 2 before I shut of the computer, rather frequently. We care. Practice can make anything perfect...even grief can become an art. Merrit Malloy |

don't get mad about what Enchanted Star doe's cause you are a great writer and i enjoy as well as others all of your work. this one i like alot as well cause i've faced the same thing and if you ever need anyone to talk to i'm here for you. ~Nikolette,...what a lovely name by the way. Gosh,...this one hits me hard. It was a while ago for me now,...but I feel that I can understand atleast what is being said here,...not necessarily what is going on to provoke you to write this,...but what kinds of things you are expressing here. You do that well,...express yourself with poetry. Wonderful poetry I might add. Truly a joy to have you join passions and choose to hang here,...in DP with us. Please be well. *Peace. |
