Your eyes are that of crystal Shimmering in the light They shine of many colors Making my path so very bright I see the love within you The love you want to give I feel the happiness surrounding you And the life you hope to live Your simple little smile And the dimples on your cheeks Makes me sad at times For the minutes seem like weeks At times I want to just touch you But I know that wouldn't be right There are many miles between us Yet I hold out for the light The light of the stars that bond us The shine upon us from above Keeping the fate within our hearts Knowing that this could turn into "love" Yet "love" is what scares me Do I know you that well? Can I fall in love with a stranger? .......... Only time shall tell! Once there was a darkness Deep and endless night You gave me everything you had Ahhhhhh you gave me light |
