Deathly Pale

Deathly pale, harrowing the end of life’s trail,
Ghosts are near, day-less drear
Night skies draw near,
Memories fade,
Death’s blade digs deep,
My soul do Death reap,

Lifeblood do seep,
Into the earth I do bleed,
Life’s light into recede,
Into afterlife I sail
Harboring this cheerless shade,
Deathly pale

~Hi there again. Oh how haunting, and chilling, and freaky. Cold. Indeed. Well done. Be well D. *Peace.

Now here is darkness...I especially liked "harrowing the end of life's trail"..you have to know something about plowing to understand that and it's significance.  Nice job.  Hardrock
