Visions play, roll, cavort in my head.

Pretend I smell you lingering in my bed.

Lust weighs me down like hot
Consuming
Lead.

Snippets of words tantalizingly said...

...how I love those toenails red.

To your door, a path I begin to tread.

Knowing my need will be so gently fed.

Ignoring the ditch I am digging instead.

There is no use loving a heart that is dead.

*****kynder

Across the gateway of my heart,
I wrote "No Thoroughfare!!"
But love came laughing by and
Cried "I enter everywhere!!!"

Hm, I was trying to pick out a specific line, but Damn it, they all apply!! Have I ever been there. Still visiting there regularly in fact..
As always, love your work.

Hey, Kynder, the beginning of this one made me think I was in love! And then the anticlimax:
There is no use loving a heart that is dead.

Excellent work!!!

Excellent Kynder,
full of the passion, and the loss, that we all feel. . .

Superb. . .

kynder, you sum up that emotion perfectly beautifully written.
