this really isn't a poem- just thoughts i had to express... I can see the saddness in your eyes, I can feel how much you loved her. I'm sure she's still with you, though not the way you wish. My heart bleeds for you and for your illfated love. Just look to the stars, close your eyes, and remember the happiness you felt. Don't cry... I will ALWAYS be here for you. Don't cry... - dedicated with love to a dear friend who's suffered the most tragic loss. |

This is very beautiful, and I can't understand why you say it isn't a poem! It's s nice to see that thee are still people who care for others! Good poetry. BTW, I wouldn't worry about defending yourself. Poetry is the expression of feelings thru words. I think it's beautiful that you'd write poetry for someone who's suffered such a loss!
