I wish I knew your face,
for I dream of you every night.
I wish I could touch your soft skin,
and kiss you sweet lips.
I wish I could look into your eyes,
and see deep down into your soul.
I wish you would hold me in your strong arms,
day and night.
  Allas,
you are but words on a screen.
Nothing more than a profile.

Wow, how sweet. But dreams do sometimes come true ...

Very lovely poem.  I think most of us have felt this love for someone over the internet.  We get to see their soul first and thats a wonderful thing.  Just because we have not met them in person, doesnt mean the feelings can not be real.
Once again lovely poem.

Peace

Once there was a darkness
Deep and endless night
You gave me everything you had
Ahhhhhh you gave me light

~This IS such a sweet piece you've written.  Sometimes it CAN be more than a profile...and sometimes dreams DO come true...just be careful 'eh?  Lovely, lovely work. Can tell it comes straight from within...makes it great. Take care. *Peace.

Ok join the club! LOL I'm gonna have to e-mail this to my friend, she has been begging me to write her a poem about computer love. Thank you for doing it instead! And a good job too.

That is so cool, I always go to sleep giggling about some of my chat sessions, I loved you poem everybody here must relate. I haven't found love yet, I don't even trust the internet to be real, except in here.
