She sits,
frozen with grief.
  Why?
Her tae heart is gone,
now in the hands of a mortal.
  Mortal???
She be doomed,
the old cry in thier raspy voices.
  Doomed???
To a heartless life,
a fate equal to death, the maidens gossip.
  Equal???
Nay, worse she wispers.
Her tears no comfort to the pain.

Yes, it sure is dangerous, placing your heart in the hands of a mortal man..But the alternative of safe is not that appealing either. Great thoughts.
