I hold your hand A tear I cry Said I'd pray for you But I lied For you now death is swift From me to you a priceless gift The gift of death I give to you A token of a love so true The gift of death so cold and clean A comfort in your misery Another love is laid to rest One more step on my timeless quest I take the lives of those I love I fear not the wrath of God above Die my love I have waited so long Don't cry my love I'll remember you When you're gone It's too late for you now How could you love me? My murderous intentions were plain to see Blinded by love Entrapped by my hate In seducing my heart You were sealing your fate The gift of death I give to you Torment you with a pain so cruel The gift of death now yours to keep Alone now in eternal sleep |
