Each day comes and goes The nights seem so long I sit and wait for the fairytale Boy oh boy was I wrong The angels do not come down To help us with our day We are alone in this world No matter how much we pray Each decision that we make Is a new chapter in our book Whether it be good or bad Depending on the road we took Yet my roads seem cold and lonely A new road I must find To stop the shivers within And to find the people so kind Yet the darkness keeps me hiding From the world all around Or is it I that is hiding So I can not be found Hiding from the people That cause me so much pain Hiding from the light of my soul So I dont have to take the blame No matter what the reasons I sit here and wonder why Waiting for the simple day For the bad memories to die |

You are not alone my friend but briefly tucked away your hearts' long night will surely end and you will see the way In times of weakness and despair you build protective shield make time to let inside repair your pretty heart must heal With hurtful, painful, tear-filled times comes loneliness and fear relief shows through within your rhymes and brings a loving tear In time you'll heal and clouds will pass your strength is ever growing you'll love yourself and soon will ask why your beauty you're not showing? Untill and after that time does come those friends you search for are here we'll hold your hand and show you love because with us you have nothing to fear. Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer. |

I think that was expressed beautifully, and I know that feeling, waiting, and no one seems to care. Waiting, and not even sure for what. You just know its not happening. Don't hide, because the lonliness finds you anyway. Sandra |
