Why do you weep in solitude?
What sorrow does your tears contain,
                As you withdraw in quietude,
To hide within your wall of pain?

                Wing mockingbird unto the skies,
                Adrift upon life's soothing breeze,
                Leave behind, pain's woeful cries,
                And glory in life's harmonies.

Soft as spring's winds, you comfort me,
                As I traverse, adversity,
                Allowing me within to see,
                Inner peace, tranquility.

As you suffer, so suffer I,
Upon your wings, we seek the sky.

I like your style man.

Seeking the sky... so tenderly inspirational. Beautiful, my friend.

Wonderful poem Mike. It really shows how deeply you can care for some one. To suffer with a friend is to truly love them without reservation. You have my vote!
