Kissing the lips of sweet death
I'm beyond all reasonable doubt
Soon I will take my last breath
Seriously this life I've worn out
I look forward to ending this life
Never needing again to pretend
Gladly putting it all to an end.

To taste death is thrilling me
Hate never ever felt so fine
Each moment simply divine

Laughing aloud for all to hear
I feel the madness within my head
Pressure inside is extremely severe
Shortly this tired brain will be dead

Opening my eyes, I look at the sky
Fearing not that I will soon die

Secret Sanctuary here I come
Welcome me with open arms
Enchantment I will succumb
Entwined within your charms
Tis I who'll be your only one

Death, as I kiss your sweet lips
Encrust me with your rotted soil
As I surrender to this total eclipse
This has ended my hellish turmoil
Heavenly kissing the lips of sweet death

this is has amazing poetry skills...
this is a very difficult poem type to write
and you have mastered it...
not only the acrostic but the very
impressive rhyme scheme--
which you have done perfectly...
the vocabulary and flow are excellent...
exceptional writing DA...
take care, jm

Powerfully dark emotions drawn from within here Dark Angel ... incredibly emotional!  The style is magnificent, and yet, you've made it look so easy ... beautifully presented!

Best wishes,
/Kit

This is very powerful, and wonderfully written. I hope it gets in our book!

DA, I'm seriously impressed! such a long acrostic and it doesn't stutter once. Well done
