A little shakespearean but I do love his poetry!

How doth the days turn to nights?
The sun riseth up and the sun goeth down,
somewhere in between I think I found a cloud
with a little rainbow stretching across the skies.

How would the trees whisper out to the heavens
as they flow into the air, and whisper:
I love the birds that come and visit me
and sing brand new songs each day.

How doth the rivers flow in such a way
that makes me in awe of their beauty
that flows for an eternity.

The colors of the rainbow
each making us a promise
of a new day once again
how doth my heart sing
for the brightness of the sun
and the afterglow at night of
the moon and stars
that maketh me aspire to this day.

Each day the mountains
reach their destiny
at their highest peak
reaching to the stars
and heaven seems to seek
us to climb our mountains
and reach our destiny
so we will fly high
and sing a new song
just as it intended to be.

Hi Rosebud....
This is just wonderful to read! I love to see the beauty of nature in words, and you did it brilliantly, topping it off with a great thought to start my day!!
             Thank you for this gem!!

Today is a gift....
That is why they call it
'the Present'!

Nothing better than the tender loving caresses of nature to heal our hearts and sing to our souls.  Absolutely beautiful and going in my library...love nature...but verse is going in on it's own merit.

Excellent poem. . . but sometimes, our destiny is not where we think that it is. . .

Superb. . .

Thank you oh most wise one! Sven-when will our destiny we know? I guess one never does know their destiny, yes bits and pieces but never all.
