cruising down the block in a daewoo
all the ladies in the hood saying hey boo
all my boys on the side shout we made you
but they never seem to see thats how I do
with a fourty in my hand as I reach the sky
chillin with my dawgs givin girls the eye
a piece on my side, ain't afraid to die
cause I know my moma's not gonna cry
nothing you can say will make me see
why the choices that I make are killin me
sometimes it's better just to let me be
as the rage in my heart lets the slugs go free
livin in the hood just another day
nothing in the world you can ever say
cause selling weed is the way our bills we pay
doing drive-bys in the dark we pull our sway
another brother in the ground from a losing game
as day after day its all the same
tatoos on our arms so we know their name
too bad that's the only way we'll have our fame
I wish I weren't a fool so I could leave this place
get myself up out of here so I could have a face
get me a life with silk and lace
but death is the only way to leave this race

*note - daewoo is a korean company that makes buses, cars, and even electronics. *

of that daewoo?
A closer look tells me
that it is you.
Yes you are a fool
if you don't know,
that only you can steer
this rig right on out of there.
Tis only the driver who has
controll of which way the wheels
roll, you'd better hurry too while
you still have soul....
