Is it what you feel when in a passionate embrace When a touch and word can bring a flush to face Or is it the moment when at last you realize That this little face really does have your eyes When either one occurs no doubt there is a feeling That although it does exist with what are we dealing This emotion that is so undeniably strong Yet sometimes we feel as if the mood is wrong We cannot choose the one in which we believe No more than we can chose the air that we breathe We go with the flow and shower them with praise Hoping to be reciprocated throughout all our days To know the warmth and feel the comfort if indeed it’s real Is worth the possible cost of nothing but misspent zeal But to know the feeling and truly have it in your heart Is what lifts us up from nature and truly sets us apart Love one another-let God do the worrying, Rodney |

We cannot choose the one in which we believe No more than we can chose the air that we breathe We go with the flow and shower them with praise Hoping to be reciprocated throughout all our days To know the warmth and feel the comfort if indeed it’s real Is worth the possible cost of nothing but misspent zeal But to know the feeling and truly have it in your heart Is what lifts us up from nature and truly sets us apart beautiful poem Rodney.
