The Kiss

She walks the beauty of beware
Sculptured in the shape of dare.
Anointed with a grace and charm
That can befuddle with alarm.

The options toast too hot to touch
Suggesting they could be too much.
Yet I in foolish charged full force
Rode down the hot bed of the course.

If cowards die to every wile
And brave men only once in style
Then I would stay the dragons lair
And try my luck at lady fair.

A state of amnesty I seek
Just to give my heart a peek
These solitary quills of joint
Yet a quill is still a point.

And so I plunged the love abyss
And fell forever on the kiss.

How did this little gem slip throough?
A beautiful poem
If brave men die once in style, they loved better and will be remembered longer.
There's nothing to lose in a kiss
This is so well penned

Sy...

You do with words, what an artist do with colors...Here`s to you my friend...

I thought it was going to be about Al and Tipper!

You have some excellent lines here, Sy...it's very Tabinesque - and that's good!

Lips like rubys
eyes like pearls
this temptess divine ...
has Sy doing poetic twirls

take the chance
take the dare
lifes too short
in love and lips ... all is fair

go for the passion
taste her gifts of bliss
throw caution to the wind
for goodness sake ... GIVE HER THE KISS

Lovely

Sometimes the best kiss
Comes froms those aware of their lips

If you are going to fall into the chasm with the kiss then you might as well really go for it, and it sounds like you have....

Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go.

Seymour~

Nothing as sweet
as love in repeat
Begun like this
in the bliss of a kiss

'And so I plunged the love abyss
And fell forever on the kiss.'

You are the CHAMPION !
Love you, sweet romantic poet !
