A smile is so soft
Yet strong enough
to make you laugh

A dance is so soft
yet strong enough to
hold you near

A kiss is so soft
yet strong enough
to make me sway

A song is so soft
yet strong enough
to make me cry

A poem is so soft
yet strong enough
to hold me here

A word is so soft
yet strong enough
to reach your heart

A breeze is so soft
yet strong enough
to leave this page

Hello is so soft
yet strong enough
to say goodbye
for yet another day
