Sweet Refrain

Often I have touched you
On the other side of the blue
And this feeling that I feel
Is only sweet because of you

You are the whisper I keep hearing
Through the quiet of the moon
Your words have made me hunger
And the thoughts of you consume

I'm a servant to your cravings
On my knee's I'd surely beg
Oh, I want your sinful cooing
Oh, I want you darling Red

By the Ocean in the morning
Under the stars I'll kiss your neck
I hear an Emerald Island calling
And I'll love you by Stonehedge

You've lifted me in sweet refrain
Renewed my gift of pen…
And in this searching heart of mine
You name is deeply embed.

"You are the whisper I keep hearing
Through the quiet of the moon"

Parker, how'd you do that???  That is a poetic line among lines, dear. This piece is tranquil, yet sensually searing. I love it!

I am sorry but I just noticed this one.  Too wrapped up in myself today I think......

Well, I see your pen has not lost any ink for swooning!!  LOL  This is a very gentle and soft poem James, I like it very much.  Of course it is no Gaurdian of Forever or Petals of the White Rose. LOL  .....but for me ...they would be hard to beat!!

sonjes, never enough sighs for me, of course I'd prefer them in person.

AVANTI, thank you...

ladysixstring, thank you very much, too bad I'm not any good at opening pickup lines...
