Pour your eyes all over me And rain on that moment in time See the mind that rules the body Touch the part left behind Let me become who I need to be I need to feel what it is like to feel Once again Unlock all the mysteries inside me The dark void that swallows the light Enter into secret paths willingly And why I embrace the comfort of night Are the reasons you will come to see Make me feel what it is like to feel Once again Give yourself, all there is, to me Forgetting of such things as time As we come together so completely That we are something that shines And we become, all the more free Let us feel what it is like to feel This time, once again |

Pour your eyes all over me And rain on that moment in time See the mind that rules the body Touch the part left behind Let me become who I need to be I need to feel what it is like to feel Once again Unlock all the mysteries inside me The dark void that swallows the light Enter into secret paths willingly And why I embrace the comfort of night ==================== Give yourself, all there is, to me Forgetting of such things as time As we come together so completely That we are something that shines ===================== *shaking my head...smiling* I could literally read this poem till I went blind.. and then I'd still read it with my fingertips this is such a cool poem ... the cadence is poetic perfection ... but its the intensity and depth of the way the emotions are defined ... written so that the reader feels this poem "Pour your eyes all over me And rain on that moment in time See the mind that rules the body Touch the part left behind" that verse is cooler than even I know ...oh man... "And why I embrace the comfort of night Are the reasons you will come to see Make me feel what it is like to feel" and that poet sir...is EXACTLY what this poem does ... and its very, very cool. and all I have left to say is... thank you to Ron for giving back the archives.. its been a while since I went blind  If my slight Muse do please these curious days ... Well I looked to the sky for my anthem |
