There I was, just a-walkin down the street The heat of the day comin up from ma feet Duckin into a burned-up building lot For a quiet doob, it seemed the spot With hazy eyes I seen some guys Walkin and drinkin and tellin lies Approachin wit da encroachin of da night And yanno what? If just weren't right For they jumped me, pummelin ma bod An eighteen-to-one ain't good odds So ah called upon my martial trainin Learned in da jungle where it's always rainin Hit one like this, his eyes went like that KABLOOIE POWIE SPLITTER-SPLAT My blows, oh man, they felled like rain Till everybody was lyin in pain Lookin like this, arms like that Thought, 'Alicat, it's time to scat' So's ah ran outta dere, to git some rest An that's when ah ran into someone's breast Got mace in ma face, den she started to scream An dat's when the cops got on the scene Well, dat's ma story an ah'm stickin to it Hey, h'occifer...gotta cigarette?
