This Little Light of Mine

I am the daughter of Earth, built in the sky
Feverishly clinging to how, when, and why
It is my only this ancient one
From ashes and dust is where it begun

It knows of birth and past lessons learnt
Memory exceeding beyond body burnt
It speaks to angels in time of need
Hungering for their messages from which it feeds

The pulse in the veins and fire of the heart
Not the mind but soul, which held the key from start
My flesh and blood it does not control but consumes
It is years of self-taught wisdom from which it bloomed

Once an unborn child that had grown in womb
Will inevitably be replaced by ghost from tomb
Again and again to rise up and be rebuilt
Assembling once more with loveā€¦.never guilt.

Something I hope will make you feel better my friend.

It is a blessing to have wings for words, and passion in pen
