He walked into the Saloon struttin and lookin mad
I knew just the kind of man he was......hard and bad

A bottle of whiskey to wet his lips was what he required
A game of cards to pass the time..."Any takers" he inquired

Men quaked at the sound of his name from near and far
Not one stepped to the challenge...fear held them to the bar

Not missing a blink as I joined his company, greeted by the sideways grin
Thinking my money would soon meet his jeans of second skin

He dealt the cards smooth and fast with the talented hands of leather
I quieted the thoughts of the mustache that would tickle like a feather

Back and forth the betting went as the pot began to grow
The fire in his auburn eyes with hungry greed did glow

"Well little lady" he purred, as he raised the ante to where he thought I'd stop
His Stetson for a kiss to melt his stone chisled heart on the spot

I met him and he and threw down his house of high aces and queens blushing
With a bat of lashes black I tumbled his house with royals flushing

With a swig of his bottle he dared, "One more hand if you have the spine"
Tipping my new hat I sang, "Ante up cowboy, next hand those jeans are mine"

Your deal he said with a  hoarse little chuckle
five card stud with no draw for a second chance
To get these jeans first you gotta polish my buckle
and join me in a round of this gamblers dance

This cowboy's been on the trail and swallowing dust
riding the range in heat till he bout dropped dead
So place your bet on cards knowing this cowboy's lust
for after this hand you lose... you win me in your bed

Nice game of cards you got goin lil lady....makes this cowboy real proud to be sittin in.

Great work here my friend, I loved it! My only question is how do I get into this game.
