Once upon a memory, was captured by your charms,
Eidetically envision, your beauty in my arms,
My eyes drink of your loveliness, grace of supple limb,
Sweet creature of the welkin blue, angelic seraphim.
As petals of a satin rose, I smell your fragrant scent,
Caress the smoothness of your skin, my goddess heaven sent,
I kiss you gently on the lips, gaze into your eyes,
Once upon a memory, I touched upon the skies.

I seek in my tomorrows, memories of today,
To lose my pain and sorrows, and smell life's sweet bouquet,
I'll once again feel summer rain, fall from the skies above,
Hold you gently in my arms, and whisper words of love,
On the winds a madrigal, brings forth the songs of spring,
In pathless woods mine pleasure seek, the joys to me you bring,
I journey through the wall of tears, to sunlit days and soothing clime,
I seek mirage of love gone by, I drift on River time.

I seek the inner sanctum, to bridge the wide abyss,
In search of my tomorrows, eternal happiness,
What pathways must I journey, what travels must I take,
So when I see her beauty, her love I can partake?
River flowing gently, across the rolling plain,
I drift upon the current, I hear the wind's refrain,
My journey soon is over, I seek the setting sun,
Adrift upon the current, the River, it has won.

"Once upon a memory, I touched upon the skies"

...and you have touched me with this lovely poem, my friend. Your experimenting is wondrous. Love the exquisite impact of your endline here.
