The Dance The dance begins A shy glance A hesitant smile A simple tilt of the head An up word look Fingers trace coyly Down the length of her neck Her eyes calling him near They move together Their bodies drawn closer Meeting with a need In an ancient dance Like so many lovers before Moving in time Lip to lips Chest to chest Hip to hip Bodies moving in rhythm With their pounding hearts I have been gone, my keyboard died on me....lol. I just wanted to say that I am glad to be back and I missed reading everyone wonderful poems  |
