Chances

Who to turn to where to run
Is a questions that is never fun
Do you ask someone who cares
Or someone who simply sits and stares
Or do you keep it to yourself and not say a word
Because you figure what is not said is not heard
You could see the whole picture in front of you
But who's to say you'll ever know what to do
Maybe you'll do the wrong thing and even make a mistake
But how else will you learn you have chances you have to take

Hi again Poetry Princess...you certainly know how to tell a story in your poem. I liked it, and wish you well.

Hi Poetry Princess...

I really enjoyed this one, and especially the idea of taking chances!! Doesn't matter if we make mistakes....just do it a different way the next time!!!!!!!

Today is a gift....
That is why they call it
'the Present'!
