i've danced in
cleavage
pressed against
my nose
rejoicing in
the scent
of a brown eyed
woman
with her hair
wrapped around my head
blanketing me
in passion...

she glitters

she slides lithe
living me
into nails gently
tracing across skinned shoulders
back and forth
backing down
into my face
with scented hair
and for a moment
she is almost
more than a thought

almost more than
fragrance

almost more than
mercury
passing through fingers
strong enough
to break

a heart

Fantastic title... and after the first few lines... you know exactly why you chose said title.  This is very good.

You focus wholly on fragrance, touch and imagination's influence in this lovely piece of writing...I found its sensuality quite striking.

Hey, Hawk-man - you right in poetic terms with such apparent ease - I wish I had your talent...  you say so much in so few lines, and your words leave me thinking.  This is a great poem.

Rebel~
You sent the 'mercury' rising with this one !
How lovely are your thoughts.
