Magic in your words
bypassed by worlds unknown
Magic in your ways
of only you I need
But then you zap me
with your spell
of torment by your words
Somehow now I can't even tell
what it was that I needed from you
in the beginning.

How can a magic disappear?
It seemed so near
but now is far away.
That magic act was quite
an act for me
The way you tipped your hat
and only you did pour
such magic into my soul
How can a magic disappear
that seemed so near
seeping into my veins
of this I'll have to reframe
a picture that I had made of me and
you.
Poof goes the candles
poof goes the flames
poof goes the magic
which flickers in my veins.

"of this I will have to reframe a picture that I had made of me and you"

I never quite thought of it that way...a picture to reframe when things go wrong...but how appropriate...liked this muchly

Paula I guess what I'm trying to say is sometimes we do make a picture of how we would like things to be when the picture hasn't been taken to begin with.. thx for reply

Poof.  I like.
I love how you make reference to a dispearing love through the poofs.

What a fantastic line... "of this I will have to reframe a picture that I had made of me and you"... our memory (the events) stay the same but sometimes our way of looking at them change.  Wonderful!!

(of this I'll have to reframe
a picture that I had made of me and
you.)  This line was totally cool! I loved this. Great work!

thank you sauni and ladysixstring, so many times I guess we try to make things remain the same yet constantyly right before our eyes they change.
