Wonderment Rambling…..

in the haze, in the largess of wine
when I would call you mine, all mine
I would bring you gifts sublime
in the haze, in the gift of wine

when I would call you mine, all mine
lessons learned in space of time
would you know the sacrifice sublime,
when I would call you mine, all mine

I would bring you gifts sublime
through this gauzy haze of time
through this majesty of time and rhyme
sounding like a Dr. Seuss' kind…

no I do not nearly mind
if I should sound like a Dr. Seuss rhyme
because it is indeed the wine
that to which I would enshrine

and if you've followed this in kind
know that you've escaped the time
in which all words should hereto rhyme
and to you, is majesty enshrined…

This is great stuff, Karilea!  Loved that line about the largess of wine!

A bow to you fair lady
And a toast!
This is indeed a rhyme most sublime
As is its poet. . .

Well done my friend. . .

Sy, you peeked in...Cabernet Sauvignone, my friend...[and believe me, we still need spell-check here...] can you get it local, or do I need to ship?

I believe it is spelled as Cabernet Sauvignon and pronounced as Kaberney Sowinyon...

an excellent choice by an excellent poet and an excellent person...

regards Karilea,
Sudhir
