ok, lol, did I get a computer job or what??? rofg

not enough system resources

not enough
system
resources to operate this program
flashes across the screen
you are running too many programs
at the same time
close down some programs
and try again
and I would be angry if
I weren’t so tired
but something deep inside
that obviously has a better grasp than me
on operating systems agrees
and so I navigate
through
keeping my eyes focused
straight ahead
closing down one thing after
another
prioritizing them for
reopening…I am not finished you know?
I don’t want to miss
anything
but clarity threatens to let
something
slip by and confusion soon takes over and I
barely close down
safely
and crawl into bed
as system purrs into
shut down

metephorically speaking, this poem no software, missy... it's hardware with a lot of RAM, virtually resembling my life! no wait! this is about YOUR life... hehe... why do i get us so confused sometimes...we don't even look alike!   geesh...

hey! and btw... seems you not only forgot to take the darned pills but you forgot what they were called, huh? been playing that gig for a long time now...sometimes no control, no alt, and have occasionally thought about deleting the entire thing, but changed my mind, luckily, and decided it was all in the application...

oh, btw... could you tell i liked this poem you wrote? hehe...

Good to see that someone else's system is as finicky as this one!!! We're at the mercy of electronics!!
         Great writing, my friend!!!

Today is a gift....
That is why they call it
'the Present'!
