~Raspberry Tease~

I am raspberries ...
growing wild thru the fence.
I am that sweet temptation,
for which you have no defense.

I am both sweet and sour ...
my fruits are both tangy and tart.
Kissed with a dusting of sugar,
I will steal your tongues heart.

I am worth the thorns of my bush ...
the fruits of your labor.
As my juices run down your chin ...
my nectar you shall savor.

~JM~

well what other fruit could I possibly pick...
after all my confessions of the
"effects" of Lipton Raspberry Iced Tea ...
you can blame the tea for this poem
(hehe)

thanks to Cerenity for the challenge
and me twin serenity for the inspiration to try it,
after I saw her cool apple poem...
hey Mark...cheers sweets-- *clinking glasses*
I told ya the stuff was addicting as poetry..

Hi Janet Marie,

You sweet little delight I am so stoked this is so wonderful and you are so right about the tea, and I might add that it is not bad with some Other things in it as well. Thank you so much for doing the challenge.

Love, Cerenity

Reminds me of walking in the woods in Abitibi, Canada
and picking wild sweet rasberries

Wild sweet poem you have my dear!

Loved the poem.Very sensual.
Sorry I missed the challenge. I think it would have been fun. I would have written about pears I think, cause they're so like me. :P
Be well
